Directions to Use: BEST TO USE DURING A SHOWER OR BATH.  USE no more than 1-2 times per week. 

Lightly stir scrub for 1-2 seconds with a clean and sterilized spoon prior to getting in the bath.  After completing your wash up and you’re fully rinsed off,    move the running water off of your body or stand out of the tub to allow time for application.  Take a tablespoon sizes amount of scrub and gently massage it in to the area of choice for 10 -15 seconds. If the area of choice is not covered with scrub, add a larger amount.   Let the scrub sit on the applied area for 1 -2 minutes. After 1 -2 minutes, rinse the scrub off of the applied area.  For normal to dry skin, you will not need a topical moisturizer after using the scrub. For excessively dry skin, you may need a light moisturizer following the scrub.
